The vanishing of entry-level roles in tech, writing, and design is forcing a generational shift from employment to self-reliance. Without scaffolding, this shift results in precarious gig work and rapid skill decay. With the right training and tools, it can build sovereign, craft-based micro-practices.
What we are seeing
Entry-level roles in tech, writing, and design are vanishing as artificial intelligence scales. To stabilize this transition, we must provide professionals with a baseline platform to build sovereign, craft-based micro-practices.
Your funding directly pays for software tools, incubation playbooks, and peer guilds. By scaffolding creators with AI, we help them manage end-to-end client projects independently, establishing economic resilience.
Our angle
We help the AI-displaced build sustainable solo practices centered on their innate nature. Using AI as the operational leverage a solo practitioner used to lack, we scaffold their work so they can manage end-to-end client projects independently.
What we are building
Three core priorities we are seeking philanthropic partners to fund:
Solopreneur Incubation Fund
[TODO: Specify target cohort size and incubation duration] — Direct incubation support to transition displaced professionals into solo micro-enterprises. Covers playbooks, marketing fundamentals, client acquisition strategies, and personal coaching.
Seed Tool Grants
[TODO: Specify software tools package and grant value per candidate] — Sponsoring IDE access, API credits, and hosting budgets. Sponsoring direct software grants ensures candidate platforms are scaffolded by state-of-the-art AI without personal fiscal strain.
Mentor Network and Guilds
[TODO: Specify number of guild mentors and monthly meetup structure] — Connecting candidates with mid-career mentors and peer reputation guilds. Sponsoring meetups and review structures builds community safety and shared standard checks.
Working with us
We are inviting funding partners, lab experts, and Indian institutions into the development of the Solopreneurship support toolkit and training modules. Grant partners can request the philanthropy proposal covering all incubation playbooks.
