A4G Intelex is run by the Omysha Foundation under the A4G Impact Collaborative, a movement bringing researchers, practitioners, and independent thinkers around one question: how should AI work for people? Intelex is the entry point, where ideas are first heard and carried into the wider conversation on AI governance.

A letter to a writer without an institution behind them
Dear writer who has wondered whether your work gets read on its merits,
You know the quiet maths of working independently: a strong piece without a masthead gets less of a read than a weaker one with the right name.
The first round removes that. No name, no affiliation reaches the panel. Only the argument, judged against a published nine-point rubric, on the same terms as everyone else.
Your name returns to the work once the thinking earns it: in publication, in a cohort, in front of editors who can move it further.
You don’t need a department or a title. You need a real argument about AI and work, in your own voice. That is what the entry buys you: a fair reading, and a route out of writing into the void.
